A unique form of elite sport, driven by ambitious men and women. Inspired by these people, we followed them for a week. Our camera crew and photographers learned the stories of the Dutch two-Michelin-star restaurant "De Treeswijkhoeve." From the head chef to the assistant maître d', the hard work and dedication to constantly improving was clearly evident.
